Refund And Credit Policy
Unable to Evaluate
If Professional Authenticators LLC determines that the item cannot be evaluated, the buyer will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
Second Item Option
If the first item cannot be evaluated due to insufficient information and the buyer chooses to submit a second item, the original payment will be held as credit.
If the buyer fails to provide the required information for the second item:
- No refund or credit will be issued.
- A third item will be treated as a new and separate purchase.
Credit Validity
- Credit is valid for 30 days from the original purchase date.
- The buyer has 30 days to complete authentication by providing all necessary information for either the first or second item.
- After 30 days, any remaining credit becomes void and non-refundable.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Brand Submission
If the buyer changes their mind about pursuing authentication or submits an item from a brand other than Louis Vuitton, a refund will be issued minus any processing fees incurred by the LLC. The LLC will not cover any costs or fees related to issuing the refund.
